Request a Birthday or Anniversary Announcement

Celebration announcements are heard mornings on 1240 CJCS Monday to Friday at 7:50 am and on Saturdays at 10:20 am. Fill out the form below and click "send" to submit your birthday or anniversary celebration. One lucky winner will get two "Tango Toonies" - that's $4 to spend at Tango Cafe and Grill in Stratford.

* Only include one name/couple per submission
* Only submit your celebration if it is within 4 weeks of the date
* If you would also like your greeting to be heard on 107.7 Mix FM, specify that in the special message box below.
