Request a Birthday or Anniversary Announcement

Celebration announcements are heard mornings on 1240 CJCS and
107.7 Mix FM Monday to Friday at 7:50 am and on Saturdays at 10:20 am. During the morning shows, hosts will make a draw from all the "Celebration" entries to win a gift certificate from McDonalds Restaurants. Fill out the form below and click "send" to submit your birthday or anniversary celebration.

* Only submit your celebration if it is within 4 weeks of the date
* If you would also like your greeting to be heard on 107.7 Mix FM, specify that in the special details box below.
